What are cookies? Cookies are small files saved to the user's computer hard drive that track, save and store information about the user's interactions and usage of the website. This allows the website, through its server, to provide the users with a tailored experience within this website.

This website uses tracking software to monitor its visitors to better understand how they use it. The software will save a cookie to your computer hard drive in order to track and monitor your engagement and usage of the website, but will not store, save or collect personal information.
Adverts and sponsored links
This website may contain sponsored links and adverts. These will typically be served through our advertising partners, who may have detailed privacy policies relating directly to the adverts they serve.
Clicking on any such adverts will send you to the advertiser's website through a referral program which may use cookies and will track the number of referrals sent from this website. This may include the use of cookies which may in turn be saved on your computer hard drive. Users should therefore note that they click on sponsored external links at their own risk and we cannot be held liable for any damages or implications caused by visiting any external links mentioned.

Users contacting us through this website do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use.
Where we have clearly stated and made you aware of the fact, and where you have given your express permission, we may use your details to send you products and services information through a mailing list system. This is done in accordance with the regulations named in 'The policy' above.
Email mailing list and marketing messages
We operate an email mailing list program, used to inform subscribers about products, services and news we supply or publish. Users can subscribe through an online automated process where they have given their explicit permission. Subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the regulations named in 'The policy' above. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time through an automated online service, or if not available, other means as detailed in the footer of sent marketing messages.
The type and content of marketing messages subscribers receive, and if it may contain third party content, is clearly outlined at the point of subscription.
Email marketing messages may contain tracking beacons, tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data.

Although we only look to include quality, safe and relevant external links, users are advised to adopt a policy of caution before clicking any external web links mentioned throughout this website. External links are clickable text, banner or image links to other websites.
Shortened URLs: URL shortening is a technique used on the web to shorten URLs (Uniform Resource Locators) to something substantially shorter. This technique is especially used in social media. AI Assistant
Our website offers an AI Assistant to help with enquiries. It is an automated service, not a person, and it does not make decisions about you. Anything you type into it is stored on this website so that the Design Minds team can respond, including your name, email address and phone number when you choose to send an enquiry, and is deleted on request. Questions you type may be passed to Anthropic, the provider of the AI service, in order to generate an answer; this is processed under Anthropic’s data processing terms. To have an enquiry or conversation deleted, email info@designminds.ie.
Brand Hub and Creative Hub
Brand Hub (dmbrandhub.com) is an online service Design Minds provides to clients, where invited people can view and download brand files and create on-brand graphics.
We only give access to people our client asks us to invite. For each invited person we hold their name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form), along with a record of when they signed in. We use this information only to give them secure access, to send account emails such as invitations and password resets, and to support our client. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it.
The service is hosted on servers in Nuremberg, Germany, operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, so your information stays in the European Union. Card payments for the service are processed by Stripe; card details are never stored on our servers.
Creative Hub includes an AI assistant and AI design tools powered by Claude, from Anthropic. What you type into the assistant, and the content you ask the AI tools to work on, is sent to Anthropic to generate a response, and is processed under Anthropic’s commercial terms, which do not allow it to be used to train AI models. We do not store your assistant conversations: they are held only in your browser and are cleared when you leave or refresh the page. We keep only the time each question was asked, so we can apply fair-use limits.
We keep an invited person’s details for as long as they have access. When access is removed, by our client or on request, we delete their details within 30 days, apart from what is held in our daily backups, which is overwritten as those backups cycle.
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@designminds.ie.
