Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority

The Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA) is an independent authority established in February 2021. We are responsible for providing comprehensive regulation of Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs) to protect the housing assets they provide or manage.

Design Minds created a new identity and brand guidelines for AHBRA – which was then rolled out across all their visual communications including print and digital. This new identity has created a more unified, professional and trusted look and feel for AHBRA and the AHBs they regulate.

AHBRA are committed to ensuring the safety of housing assets and providing a reliable and trustworthy service. With the new identity and brand guidelines, they are able to protect and serve the public with confidence.
